Cancellations

You can cancell the account you have with ous at any time, you can also cancell the purchase of surface designs, if all the conditions mentioned in this document are met. To start the cancellation process, just contact with out by email at support@exalenslab.com.

Returns and refunds

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the total ammount of the transaction must be available in you Exalens Account, if you are in prepaid mode, or you can opt for a partial refund if you have already used part of the original amount.

If you are in postpaid mode, we can not offer a refund or change, because you have already used our services.

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a period no longer than 7 business days and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or lost refunds (where applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund appears on your statement.

In case of bank transfer, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund appears on your statement.

Offers (where applicable)

Only purchases at regular price will be reimbursed, unfortunately the products on offer can not be re-founded.

Gifts

If the credit in your account was marked as a gift, either when you opened your account or through exclusive promotions, we can not offer a refund.
